Workload calculates a compatibility score (0–100) for each member: skill match, available days in the period, and allocation or leave conflicts. Top suggestions are ranked with a clear explanation. This is not a machine-learning model trained on your data—it is transparent business scoring, optionally enriched with generative AI for explanatory text.
