### Does RAG replace project status?

No. RAG is a health signal independent of lifecycle status (PLANNED, IN_PROGRESS…). It is for the committee; status stays operational.

### What does committee freeze capture?

An immutable portfolio snapshot (RAG, value, risks) at T0. You reopen it after the meeting without live recompute.

### Do I need Enterprise?
