Workload Multi-entity PPM

Holding consolidation of portfolio health and showback across linked organizations.

How does multi-entity PPM work in Workload?

On Enterprise, an OrganizationGroup links subsidiaries. The Head of PPM sees a consolidated dashboard (RAG, risks, showback), freezes a group committee, exports Excel, and switches into a subsidiary in one click — without a holding spreadsheet.

- OrganizationGroup: attach up to 20 subsidiaries
- Consolidated RAG + risks + showback dashboard
- Group committee freeze + HQ Excel export
- Compare showback N vs N-1 at holding level
- Header switcher Group → Subsidiary

Consolidate IT health across subsidiaries for HQ CODIR — read-only roll-up with drill-down to each IT org.

Talk about an Enterprise multi-org rollout

### Does each subsidiary stay autonomous?

Yes. One org = one IT department with its own permissions. The group is a read-only roll-up; business mutations stay on the active org.

### Is a single holding IdP required?

Not in v1. SSO/JIT/SCIM are configured per organization. Single holding IdP is P3 backlog.

### What is the subsidiary limit?

20 organizations per group (performance bound). Contact us beyond that for a tailored design.
