### Does Workload replace Jira Align?

No. Workload complements your stack: capacity + PI lite + dependencies. Jira Align remains relevant for multi-BU enterprise portfolio.

### Do we need SAFe to use the module?

No. The module is opt-in with configurable terminology (standard, SAFe, Spotify). You can use programs and PI only.

### Does it affect orgs without the flag?

No. With scaledAgileEnabled off, scaled agile UI and APIs stay hidden — PMO journey unchanged.

### Does Workload cover the Spotify model (tribes, squads)?

Partially: Spotify terminology profile, programs as tribes, squad/chapter hierarchy, and capacity planning. Guilds, coaching matrix, and squad backlog stay in Jira/Linear. See the Spotify transformation page.

### What's the difference between SAFe and Spotify in Workload?

Both are opt-in terminology profiles on the same capacity + programs layer. SAFe uses ART/PI labels; Spotify uses tribe/cycle/squad/chapter — without mandating a full agile org tool.
