Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpleWorkload platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
SimpleWorkload is a SaaS platform for IT capacity planning, resource allocation, timesheet management, and related reporting. The Service is provided online and is subject to the subscription or trial terms you have accepted.
2. Account and registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: misuse or attempt to compromise the security of the Service, use it to distribute malicious content, violate applicable laws, or infringe the rights of third parties. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach.
4. Intellectual property
SimpleWorkload and its content (software, interfaces, documentation, branding) are protected by intellectual property rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your internal use. You retain ownership of the data you upload; you grant us the rights necessary to operate and improve the Service.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms or for operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy and legal obligations.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or a notice in the Service). Continued use after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
