How does per-user pricing work?+
Each plan includes a number of users. Beyond that, you pay an additional fee per additional user. For example, with Professional (50 users included), if you have 60 users, you pay $179 + (10 × $5) = $229/month.
Can I change plans at any time?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens after the free trial?+
After 14 days of free trial, you will need to choose a paid plan to continue using Workload. No credit card is required for the trial.
Is there a discount for annual subscription?+
Yes! Annual subscription includes 2 months free. You are billed once a year for 12 months, but only pay for 10 months.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA bank transfers on annual plans, and invoice payment (Net 30) for annual plans — suited to procurement / IT leadership workflows.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No, all our pricing is transparent. The only additional cost is for users beyond the number included in your plan.
Can I test all features during the trial?+
The 14-day trial matches the plan recommended at signup: Starter (CSV, dashboard) or Professional (integrations and scoring) based on your qualification answers.
Is Workload a System of Record?+
Yes. Workload is designed as the System of Record for IT capacity: a single source to plan, allocate, compare to actuals (timesheet), govern (workflows, audit), and report. Intelligent scoring assists decisions without replacing traceability.
Can we export data for due diligence?+
Yes. ADMIN/OWNER users can export the organization as Excel or JSON from Settings → Organization export, including audit logs (auditLogs) for security and compliance reviews.
